“My advantage is two-fold: I have successfully completed my personal Migration journey (from Australia to the U.S.A.) and, secondly, and perhaps more importantly, I have successfully completed my Assimilation journey. This permits me to share personal experiences—and our clients enjoy those benefits!”
Philip Q. Wockner
Philip Q. Wockner was born and raised in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; and enjoys vigorously marketing international real estate and promoting legal Migration to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S.A.
He is an Australian citizen and has been living in Los Angeles, California since October 23, 1986; he has always pursued professional excellence.
Mr. Wockner has also had a career in Motivation and has written a book, and recorded the requisite audio tapes on “The Prism of Life.” He has lectured around the USA, and has been extensively written about in various magazines and periodicals.
According to Mr. Wockner, “the only ‘success’ in life is being able to live your own life, in your own way.”
Mr. Wockner has personally experienced the Immigration journey in the United States and holds Permanent Resident Status. He is eligible for dual citizenship.
According to Mr. Wockner, it is crucial for us all to have “heroes,” that is, people who have gone before us and led exemplary lives. We may not be able to live up to the standards set by our “heroes” however, they provide a template for us so we are able to check ourselves and continually fine tune our own lives—in essence, our lives are a work in progress. The lives of our “heroes” can provide the framework that we all need; in times of personal difficulty we may ask ourselves, “What would my ‘hero’ do in this circumstance?” Mr. Wockner’s personal “hero” is Ronald Reagan and he had the distinction of meeting him as a sitting President in August 1988, and also again in a private situation in Mr. Reagan’s office in June of 1994 in Century City, Los Angeles. Mr. Wockner has a magnificent collection of photographs, letters, and a personal autograph from these “historic” meetings.

Other American icons that Mr. Wockner has spent time with include, from the sporting world, Muhammad Ali. And as well, Mr. Wockner has spent time with the leader of the American business world, Mr. Bill Gates, Chairman of Microsoft; from the entertainment world such people as Tom Cruise and Harrison Ford. These people have reached the zenith of their respective fields and have demonstrated character in the way they have led their lives under the most intense scrutiny. These meetings have been the “icing on the cake” as far as Mr. Wockner’s personal Immigration and Assimilation experience in the United States.
Mr. Wockner has clients around the globe and travels extensively to consult with and advise those seriously interested in relocating to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA, or Investing in properties in those respective countries. The reason PWII represents these four countries is because the Immigration criteria vary from country to country. If a candidate is not successful for U.S. Immigration, he may, in fact, be eligible for Canadian Immigration or vice versa, and the same applies to Australia and New Zealand.
In light of Mr. Wockner’s Immigration experience, his Real Estate and Property knowledge in Australia and the United States as well as his deep involvement in Motivation across America, he is steeped in the knowledge of successful Immigration, not just Visa approvals, he believes fervently that successful Assimilation is the key to successful Immigration.
There is an item that Mr. Wocker is very particular about, and this refers to successful Immigration and Assimilation. Mr. Wockner believes that it is essential to retain relationships in your original country. If you’ve spent years cultivating friendships with people, make sure these relationships are kept intact. Maintaining friendships in your original country and developing friendships in your new country—the dividend is a deeper, richer, and more meaningful life.
Clearly, when you embark on any enterprise or in a life-changing direction, there is a degree of risk. If Christopher Columbus did not set sail, someone else would have, and they would be honored with discovering the Americas. Mr. Wockner would like to share with you this well-written poem, “Risks.”
RISKS
To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.
To place your ideas, your dreams before a crowd is to risk their loss.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To hope is to risk despair.
To try is to risk failure.
But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, and is nothing.
They may avoid suffering and sorrow, but they cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love, live.
Chained by their attitudes, they are a slave, they have forfeited their freedom.
Only the person who risks is free.

Mr. Wockner believes the final sentence here is very powerful: “Only the person who risks is free.” He asserts that if you are not free, then you are not fully alive. The 1995 Best Picture winner at the Academy Awards was “Braveheart,” starring Mel Gibson (whom Mr. Wockner had the pleasure of meeting at this time), the story of the Scottish hero William Wallis. The tagline for this picture has a very serious message. It goes like this (we are paraphrasing here): “Every man dies, however, few men really live!”
If you are studying this website and you are an Immigration candidate, your personal philosophy on life may be closely aligned with that of Mr. Wockner’s and also the author Dennis Prager. Inasmuch that you are in pursuit of emotional goals rather than physical/material goals, Mr. Wockner believes that authentic happiness is derived from friendships and experiences rather than the pursuit and accumulation of material objects or “stuff,” to use the vernacular.
Congratulations on your decision to relocate and chart a new course for your life. Let the adventure begin!
