Philip Q Wockner
Philip Q Wockner was born and raised in Brisbane, Queensland Australia, he is a dual citizen of Australia and the United States; he lives in Playa del Rey, California.

As a business man, Mr Wockner had some problems securing limousine transportation in August 1988 at LAX; and so, to avoid future problems, he began his own executive transportation business; he explains “as a business man I knew what I required from a chauffeured transportation company, I wasn’t getting it, so I started my own”.

PWII serves all of California, Nevada and Arizona and interfaces with other high end chauffeured transportation nationwide and worldwide, Mr Wockner visits all of these markets periodically to measure quality control, he explains “when you trade under your own name, instead of a fictitious business name, there is no place to hide, you have to be upfront and responsible, however, I’m happy to do it, I’m passionate about the business and our clientele”.

Mr Wockner travels constantly, however with an elite group of professional associates and web based software, he can exercise direct control over his business from anywhere, “you have to be accessible, most CEO’s have a brick wall between themselves and the public, talk about being insular, the real fun in any enterprise, in my view, is interacting with people, what you give out, is exactly what you get back!’

What makes PWII any different from any of the hundreds of chauffeured transportation companies across the country? “The answer as I see it, can be gleaned from another business interest that I have, and that is immigration; approximately 10% of US citizens hold Passports, in other words, Americans don’t travel much, my belief, is, the more you travel, the more you learn, it’s a big world out there, the US has 4% of the world’s population, to lead, you have to learn”.
